Public Discussions about Kincora Towers in Calgary

This project is not well received by EVERYONE in the Kincora neighborhood. When we were polled last year about this it was widely rejected. This will be a detriment to ALL the current properties; Kincora Pinnacle, Kincora Summit, Emerald Sky along with the many private single family homes. Our voices were not heard obviously. Parking is already at a premium and it will get much worse. Not all the 600 units will have underground parking. Maybe it’s time to sell before this monstrosity is built.

There will be literally no parking availability - This is an enormous issue in these tight corridors already on Kincora Glen Road.
