Developed by BentallGreenOak, the building stands at 173 meters tall and encompasses 38 storeys, offering a total of 810,000 square feet of class AA office space. Its distinctive architecture is inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s prairie style, featuring a contemporary palette of materials and colors. The design incorporates unique sculptural prairie-style columns and stained-glass motifs, particularly in the podium, winter garden, and Plus 15 bridges.

The tower's construction began in 2007 and was completed in 2009, reflecting the rapid development pace and the high standards set for urban office spaces. The building boasts a LEED Gold certification, underscoring its commitment to environmental sustainability and energy efficiency. The spacious and elegantly landscaped 26,000-square-foot indoor winter garden on the Plus 15 level provides a serene environment for tenants and visitors alike.

Jamieson Place offers a variety of amenities, including a private fitness center, conference facilities, and retail spaces on the ground floor. The heated underground parking facility can accommodate up to 500 vehicles, enhancing the convenience for tenants.
