One Palliser Square, now known as Palliser One, is a notable office building situated at 125 9 Avenue SE in Calgary. Completed in 1970, this 27-story structure stands at 107 meters tall and has become an integral part of Calgary’s downtown core. The building was designed by Albert Dale and Associates and features a total floor area of 33,908 square meters (364,980 square feet).

The building is prominently located at the base of the iconic Calgary Tower and is connected to the Calgary Tower via the Tower Centre complex.
