Stephen Avenue Place, formerly known as Scotia Centre, is a prominent office and retail hub located at 700 2 Street SW in downtown Calgary. Completed in 1976, this 41-story building stands at 155 meters tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in Calgary at the time of its completion. The building was developed by Slate Asset Management, which has significantly revitalized and modernized the structure since acquiring it in 2018.

Stephen Avenue Place is strategically situated on the corner of 8th (Stephen) Avenue and 2nd Street SW, one of the most vibrant and energized locations in the downtown core.
