The architectural design was the work of the Webb Zerafa Menkès Housden Partnership, a renowned firm that has made substantial contributions to Calgary's skyline.

The construction of Two Bow Valley Square commenced in 1973 and was completed in 1975, marking a swift and efficient build for a project of its scale. This building, along with its counterparts in the complex, represents a blend of modernist architectural principles and functional design, catering primarily to office and retail uses. Its strategic location and significant height made it one of the most prominent structures in Calgary upon its completion.
