Public Discussions about Bernard in Kelowna
This is a great spot for this type of development. I was walking past these lots recently and was wondering what the plan was for the area.
Personally would like to see less studios (34% is a lot, I'd like to see this closer to 20%). Removing 50x studios at 500sqft each and replacing with 25x 3-bedroom units at 1000 sqft each would could actually increase the total capacity of the project, assuming an average of 1 person per bedroom. This offers more possibilities for families, or shared accommodation options.
