They did get a fresh permit for the project may 2025, so I’m expecting maybe this year or worse case next year. I know they are quite eager to have this project start soon.
Unfortunately a lot of new developments we see that are approved are sorta pushed back due to market conditions or even until the short term rental ban gets uplifted for Kelowna later this year. But with that, many investors that would’ve been worried will probably be flocking to Kelowna as we have the highest vacancy rate in all of BC and the best times are ahead of us.
Any updates on whether this is moving forward? Seems weird it's been approved and we've heard nothing

I love how the podium was finally wrapped with units and not just a parkade or concrete wall. This makes it stand out from other Kelowna developments, by actually making a livable street.
