Ascent is a low-rise condo development under construction by Highstreet Ventures. This project is 5 storeys tall, located at 1055 Frost Rd, Kelowna BC. Ascent will have a total of 298 units. As of July 2024 it is now accepting registrations.

The application was submitted on Mar 26, 2022 . City council approved the development permit on May 15, 2023 .
