Looks like they are ready for move-in in phases from December 2023 to March 2024.
Studio starts at $1,700, 1 bedroom is $1,995, and the 2 bedrooms are $2275 as of January.

Thanks for the update, Ravino!
It looks like a few windows have the lights on, the website doesn't feel ready for tenants though. So maybe working on the finishing touches.
