This development is a 6-storey rental apartment building with a commercial component on the ground level facing Rutland Road. The building will consist of 50 one-bedrooms, 7 two-bedrooms and 8 studios. 69 parking spaces would be provided alongside 70 bicycle parking spaces. Nearly 290 square metres of outdoor amenity space would be included in the project.
