Movala is a high-rise condo development under construction by Stober Group. This project consists of 2 towers, with heights ranging from 10 to 14 storeys, located at 3340 Lakeshore Road, Kelowna, BC. Movala will have a total of 325 units. As of July 2024 it is now selling.
The estimated completion date is 2026.

Thanks for the updates Sheener, Lakeshore looks so different with all the developments around Gyro Beach, it's a very alive area now.

Woohoo, taking shape! Thanks for sharing. Looks like still at the level 7 though on the south tower, the rest of the building is catching up.

I guess as they get higher the floors will get smaller and construction will move faster?
Steady speed of 1 poor in 2 months. Level 7 on the south tower. Cladding in progress for levels 1-4.
