Movala is a high-rise condo development under construction by Stober Group. This project consists of 2 towers, with heights ranging from 10 to 14 storeys, located at 3340 Lakeshore Road, Kelowna, BC. Movala will have a total of 325 units. As of May 2024 it is now selling.
The estimated completion date is 2026.

I guess as they get higher the floors will get smaller and construction will move faster?
Steady speed of 1 poor in 2 months. Level 7 on the south tower. Cladding in progress for levels 1-5.

Slowly growing, getting ready for the level 6 pour on tower one, only one floor in 2 months. Skywater tower seem to be stuck at podium level, Movala's website indicates that they are going to re-launch sales efforts this year. Maybe it is related to the crane use issues.
