Kelowna City Council was told the building will have 12 studios, 21 one-bedrooms, 13 two-bedrooms and four three-bedroom apartments.
Thirty eight parking stalls will be provided, which was achieved by using the city’s rental only reduction of 10%, car share reduction and long-term bike parking bonusing.
Pedestrian access will be located near the intersection of High Road and Glenmore Drive while vehicle access would be off Lowland Street.
Amenity stuff will include lounge space and greenery for future tenants.

Yes it is a rental building, it's how they got 38 parking spaces for 50 units approved.
