This new building references the design language of a neighbouring OMAHS owned apartment (named Nissen Crossing) through the use of similar colours, materials and exterior elements while the planning of the building aims to bring familiarity, comfort and connection and extending the outdoor amenity into the building through large patios.
Building to include one bachelor unit, 28 one-bedrooms, 16 two-bedrooms and three three-bedrooms with 26 parking stalls and 43 bike spaces will be constructed.
Amenity space includes a lounge, a playground, a dog run and outdoor seating.
