This development is a 6-storey apartment building on Valleyview Road in Rutland. This development includes 21 studios, 63 one-bedrooms, 21 two-bedrooms and 12 three-bedrooms. There will be 96 parking stalls, including five accessible spots, provided with half at the ground level and the other half in an underground parkade. 92 long-term bicycle stalls and 6 short-term spots will be built.
