You should probably just call The Housing Registry at 604 433-2218 with all the questions, maybe they can update the application to the code for this specific building.
Hi there, I'm already on a waitlist with bc housing; is there another place I should apply so I can use the code? Also have a reference from the past 9 years I would like to submit....ty!

The website states "NOW OPEN for applications through the Housing Registry. All placements will be made through the BC Housing Registry, to qualify you must have an active application there.
