All placements will be made through the BC Housing Registry, to qualify you must have an active application there. Use Housing Registry Code DSQ when applying for Capstone. To apply click on the unit size and your income range:

Market Units, between $49,500-$84,780 Annual Income
2 Bedrooms
Subsidized Units, Under $65,500 Annual Income
Market Units, between $65,500-$134,140 Annual Income

Yes, a new road between developments was also created and paved, as seen in the photo, so many rental units coming on this block, would be very alive.

You should probably just call The Housing Registry at 604 433-2218 with all the questions, maybe they can update the application to the code for this specific building.
Hi there, I'm already on a waitlist with bc housing; is there another place I should apply so I can use the code? Also have a reference from the past 9 years I would like to submit....ty!
