Yesterday, the council voted unanimously to rezone this property to the Urban Cental Rental Only. Current residents from the old 2-storey building are moving out to make way for the new development.
I ended up doing that a few days ago; thanks so much!

You should probably just call The Housing Registry at 604 433-2218 with all the questions, maybe they can update the application to the code for this specific building.
Hi there, I'm already on a waitlist with bc housing; is there another place I should apply so I can use the code? Also have a reference from the past 9 years I would like to submit....ty!

The Eli is at level 32 and the Tower One at 24, almost topped out.

I think COVID happened and then the interest rates, it seems abandoned since 2020. They planned for condos, but it doesn't make sense under current rates and the real estate market is cold. You can see all of them are changing to rentals if they still want to build, or just waiting for a better economy.
