The application file linked on this website is different than the one council approved in the Monday or Tuesday PM council meeting. You can find the file in the meeting notes on the cities website. I would post a link but I don’t think I can in these comments.
Wow did they? I can't seem to find a new submission, but nothing about apartments in the news, so I am guessing you are correct. Updating the page.

Interestingly it changed from a mix of townhouse/apartments to all townhouse
