Arvia seems to be on hold for Phase Two as sales are slow for the luxury segment. They only completed one of the planned 5 buildings and some amenities.
Construction Updates
First building is completed and occupied. Most amenities look to be finished too. Second building began construction, but no active work visible at the moment.
