Originally Developer submitted the proposal in October 2022. Ridge North America did not include details on the amenities, other than that they would be located on top of the 5-story parkade, which also will include 26,000 sq/ft of retail and commercial space. Unfortunately, doesn't look like the project is going forward for now.
