This decision follows the approval of an Official Community Plan amendment last year, marking a significant milestone in Nikola Building's journey.

The Nikola's building structure is slated to span six stories, offering 127 homes, at a starting price of $299,900. Positioned creekside, the architectural design draws inspiration from Scandinavian aesthetics, promising a harmonious blend of modernity and nature.
