Nikola Building's groundbreaking residential designs have been unveiled in April 2024, promising 127 apartment units ranging from studio to 3-bedroom, alongside spaces dedicated to retail.

In March 2024, Penticton council granted rezoning changes to the site, transitioning it from general industrial and general commercial zones to a comprehensive development zone. This decision follows the approval of an Official Community Plan amendment last year, marking a significant milestone in Nikola Building's journey.

The Nikola's building structure is slated to span six stories, offering 127 homes, at a starting price of $299,900. Positioned creekside, the architectural design draws inspiration from Scandinavian aesthetics, promising a harmonious blend of modernity and nature.

Nikola Building aims to create a vibrant lifestyle hub where residents can live, work, and play without leaving the comforts of home. The Innovation District is envisioned to encompass a diverse array of amenities, including restaurants, cafes, medical services, clinics, offices, childcare facilities, and more, fostering a dynamic and interconnected community spirit.
