Do you mean live/work spaces? Bc Building code makes these notoriously difficult to build. But I agree - they would be great!
I wish there will be a possibility to buy retail commercial condos on ground level attached to a residential space on second storey.

Yes, a new road between developments was also created and paved, as seen in the photo, so many rental units coming on this block, would be very alive.

Progressing quick. The Eli (tallest tower) looks to be at the level 40 already, just 2 floors from the planned 42. Crane has already been removed from the first tower.
