As per phase 1, townhomes/apartments are almost nearing completion, also the parkade being constructed on the background. Part of the apartment complex already being rented.

I love how the podium was finally wrapped with units and not just a parkade or concrete wall. This makes it stand out from other Kelowna developments, by actually making a livable street.

Originally Developer submitted the proposal in October 2022. Ridge North America did not include details on the amenities, other than that they would be located on top of the 5-story parkade, which also will include 26,000 sq/ft of retail and commercial space. Unfortunately, doesn't look like the project is going forward for now.
