Curious what kind of businesses will occupy the street level...
I toured this building a couple weeks ago. First tower has occupancy but not the second tower. All the units seemed to have a unique floorplan and the finishes were high end. Great amenity space.

388 sf 1-bedrooms may be the smallest I've seen to date. Goes to show how hard it currently is to make these projects pencil.

Pretty impressive, fast build from the permit to the final phases of construction in one year. Makes perfect sense to have a coffee shop or fast food down there next to the hospital. I hope it will bring life to the area and not going to be another bank or something boring on the street level.

What is the plan for managing the major increase in traffic for this area?
We live nearby and with school traffic turning off Richmond onto Bernard this intersection is already difficult and dangerous
