Wow did they? I can't seem to find a new submission, but nothing about apartments in the news, so I am guessing you are correct. Updating the page.

Interestingly it changed from a mix of townhouse/apartments to all townhouse

Yes, I believe so, the rest are standard 6 stories.
It would be nice to see more mass timber builds between 7-12 stories, i think the Capstone building on Benvoulin is the only one in Kelowna so far?

It would be nice to see more mass timber builds between 7-12 stories, i think the Capstone building on Benvoulin is the only one in Kelowna so far?
That would be fun, but I think midtown style midrises would do just fine, to have a little different vibe :) like 12-15 stories maybe.
I am also wondering if soil there any better, to dig for underground parkades?

I'm honestly really hoping that Rutland gets a highrise in the future, it is possible to put it on that stretch on the one side of HWY 33... if there are any proposals on that please, please, pleeeeeease make sure to get it out there so that it can happen =D

Changes compared to the Sep 22, 2022 submission:
- Amount of units changed from 204 to 210, here are some details:
studio: 2 > 12
1 bedroom (/+den): 122 > 99
2 bedrooms (/+den): 62 > 92
3 bedrooms: 18 > 7
Reduction in Parking: 235 > 166
Also, they added a community and green space on the roof of the buildings (photos added to the gallery)
