The building is 40% occupied and on target to be at 70% by the end of 2024. There is a new article about the office space in Kelowna, especially the new Landmark 7 and The Block office towers. Talking about the slow market that prompts cancellation of office development near future UBCO tower by Mission Group. But the overall outlook by both companies for the future is positive.

Following the Light Up, attendees are encouraged to head to the 19th floor of Landmark 7, where they will encounter a winter wonderland hosting over 30 vendors from the Kelowna Farmers' and Crafters' Market
