The building is 40% occupied and on target to be at 70% by the end of 2024. There is a new article about the office space in Kelowna, especially the new Landmark 7 and The Block office towers. It was originally proposed on Jan 11, 2022. However the application was removed later in the year, so current status is unknown, I am guessing it is just delayed for economic reasons.
