I think residential units haven't moved in yet, construction is pretty much complete from what we can see on the streets. So let's move it to the "complete" :)

Is the status on this project ready to be changed to "Complete"? Mission Groups offices are now operating out of the office building. Im not sure if anybody has moved into the Bertram tower, anybody know?

The building is 40% occupied and on target to be at 70% by the end of 2024. There is a new article about the office space in Kelowna, especially the new Landmark 7 and The Block office towers. We could not have scripted better weather for the final crane dismantle at Bernard block this week. This has been a great project with a fantastic group of people to build with and strong trade partners. We wish all the trades continued success as they take this project across the finish line to occupancy.
