We could not have scripted better weather for the final crane dismantle at Bernard block this week. This has been a great project with a fantastic group of people to build with and strong trade partners. We wish all the trades continued success as they take this project across the finish line to occupancy.

The Bernard Block is almost complete. The pool has been lifted yesterday to the top floor of the Bertram Tower, and they'll probably dismantle the crane next month. Water feature was installed at the corner of the Office Block, and it looks amazing! Doesn't seem like the office is completed yet, but was promissed for Q1.
