We could not have scripted better weather for the final crane dismantle at Bernard block this week.
This has been a great project with a fantastic group of people to build with and strong trade partners.
We wish all the trades continued success as they take this project across the finish line to occupancy.

Long time without photos of the hole, here it is. It seems like they almost filling it in, not sure.
No news on the plans after pausing the digging, even when promissed in "upcoming weeks".
Only rumors on internet that parkade being cut from planned 4.5 storeys to 2.5, but no official information.

Level 12 of Eli, Tower One at level 8. Also first windows are being put in on the level 6-7. It's growing so fast now.

The Bernard Block is almost complete. The pool has been lifted yesterday to the top floor of the Bertram Tower, and they'll probably dismantle the crane next month.
Water feature was installed at the corner of the Office Block, and it looks amazing! Doesn't seem like the office is completed yet, but was promissed for Q1.

Slowly growing, getting ready for the level 6 pour on tower one, only one floor in 2 months.
Skywater tower seem to be stuck at podium level, Movala's website indicates that they are going to re-launch sales efforts this year. Maybe it is related to the crane use issues.
