I think residential units haven't moved in yet, construction is pretty much complete from what we can see on the streets. So let's move it to the "complete" :)
Is the status on this project ready to be changed to "Complete"? Mission Groups offices are now operating out of the office building. Im not sure if anybody has moved into the Bertram tower, anybody know?

Also from today's meeting, rezoning passed for this Mission development, but concerns over the parking were raised.

I'm watching the council meeting, and it just got approved for a Development Permit. So a new 197 rental units are coming to downtown Kelowna.

This new mid-rise development was proposed yesterday, located on the recently purchased land of the strip mall in Pandosy Urban Centre. What's unique about the proposal is that it includes 26 3-bedroom units. Moreover, the parkade is not visible from the front of the building and is wrapped with large commercial units, which is also a great plus.

Thanks for the updates Sheener, Lakeshore looks so different with all the developments around Gyro Beach, it's a very alive area now.
