40 stories to go and a completion date of next year, so, 4 floors a month from here on out, lol. I realize all the problems set them way behind but it feels like it is going up slow. Maybe I'm wrong but 2nd floor felt like a good month.

All I know is last time I walked up coronation there were houses and now there aren't and there's fencing. I think the elta site still has houses on it though which is why I'm confused.
Just judging from the photo I think this is the Elta site no? appears to be 659 block east end of Coronation just before the laneway? Hoping it is and this will be moving towards site prep!

It looks like there's fencing up on both sides of coronation between st paul and richter and like half of the houses have been bulldozed on the south side of the street. Any ideas? This site says both siren and Betsy are still in the concept stage and the site corresponding to elta according to this website still has single family houses on it.

So the application on this project was approved late 2025..
The city council from what i hear is making sure it aligns with the new North End Plan.
After that the usual public hearing and final readings.
I’m just pleased to see finally some investment on that area.
