Having lived in the Okanagan for fourteen years, the best years of my life, truly a four season playground, I am a little confused by this project. The promo video shows the camera wandering around what looks like a paved road but not much more. A hundred million dollars for a gondola to a restaurant? Having hiked and dirt biked all around the area you can get great views for free. Not sure that locals or visitors are going to see the attraction.

They are gonna have the vehicle elevator to access the parking. First of it's kind in residential development in Kelowna.

The first 8 floors are different, which is why it is taking so long. First 8 floors will take approximately 3 - 4 weeks each, then from 9th floor onward, we can see around one floor per week, so there will definitely be more than 11 by the end of the year.
Current rate puts it at 11 stories by year's end with 32 to go
