It looks like it was withdrawn based on the Kelowna city website, but it does appear on the city 3d map of the applications. It's pretty old without any news, so it's not moving forward for a while.
Anybody have info on this? Im assuming its been put on hold TBA

Do you mean live/work spaces? Bc Building code makes these notoriously difficult to build. But I agree - they would be great!
I wish there will be a possibility to buy retail commercial condos on ground level attached to a residential space on second storey.
