The development permit was revoked today, because of the students being paid 250 to talk at the public meeting in 2022, even though it didn't break any rules, the developer Greg Appelt from Appelt Properties said.

They are threatening to sue the city now, because of this decision.

It was originally proposed on Jan 11, 2022. However the application was removed later in the year, so current status is unknown, I am guessing it is just delayed for economic reasons.
