Originally Developer submitted the proposal in October 2022. Ridge North America did not include details on the amenities, other than that they would be located on top of the 5-story parkade, which also will include 26,000 sq/ft of retail and commercial space. Unfortunately, doesn't look like the project is going forward for now.

Arvia seems to be on hold for Phase Two as sales are slow for the luxury segment. They only completed one of the planned 5 buildings and some amenities.
